What is Reiki?

Reiki (Pronounced RAY-key) is an ancient Japanese relaxation technique that channels energy throughout the body to promote healing. A relaxation technique used to enhance your body’s natural ability to heal and relieve pain.

Reiki may decrease anxiety and stress. It may promote relaxation which can be seen as slowing of the heart rate, deepening of the breath and lowering the blood pressure. Reiki also can ease discomfort, improve sleep and promote wound healing.
